Your data is hosted on infrastructure operated by Fogouang Corp, physically located in Germany.

Automatic daily backups

All your data is backed up every day and kept for 30 days, so it can be restored at any point within that window.

Individual accounts, encrypted traffic

Each user has their own password-protected access, no account is shared, and all traffic goes through HTTPS.

Role-based access

Director, secretary, teacher, student, marketing agent: everyone only sees the screens they need.

Isolation by centre and branch

Each centre only sees its own data, a secretary only her branch, and a student only their own file.

Strictly limited technical access

Only Fogouang Corp's small technical team can step in, solely for maintenance and support, under a confidentiality obligation.

Alert within 48 hours

If an incident occurs, we block the affected access, restore from the last clean backup and inform you within 48 hours.

Your data stays yours

You can export your data at any time: per-learner archives, PDF and Excel exports, in a usable format.
